I just I one thing to say: if you want your support request to be handled by someone who knows the job (and not like in every other "big" web hosting provider where the first line support just read you a script and will never solve anything, except if your PC need to reboot) go for 040HOSTING!

I work in a company that primarily work with networking, software development and tech support. However, sometimes we have smaller customers that would like us to be an intermediary for web hosting of their sites and e-mail. We have used and are using several hosts according to the customers wishes, but none of them have anywhere close the same level of service that we experience with 040 Hosting.

Support: real answers/solutions! Almost always in less than 1 hour. Not your "we will come back to you within 24 hours". 13 years of not only giving me great support as per the hosting plans. When I sometimes ask for advice for optimal webperformance on my end (so not on the server side), I get that extra bonus as well. And these days FOC upgrades from the old SATA packages to the new SSD packages :-) In other words: 040hosting keeps on updating what they have on offer: without me loosing sleep on it. Almost without me noticing it... Almost: as the speed of my sites keeps on going up. Summarized: 13 years of headache-less hosting! .
Few days ago, at the beginning of June 2019, I purchased their Red Plan 2018 (5 GB), along with a .net domain. Purchased on Saturday afternoons, the cPanel and the domain became active after a couple of hours. In the first days of use, I received a response from their technical support within about an hour. I'm not a hosting expert, but they seem to be on the level of many others. Also as prices. They have double technical support (7x24 and 5x8) and state that their sales department only responds from Monday to Friday, excluding school and Dutch holidays. But I didn't notice any delay. I would just like to know if it's a company or a private person (I was previously with LDHosting who suddenly disappeared).
Thank you for your review, we already provide our services for 15 years to individuals, SME's and Corporations we are going no where. It is true that the hosting business is a very competitive business but we can promise you we would never leave our clients in the dark by disappearing as apparently your previous host did.
