They say they will provide full time support, but they never honored to provide a support. Also the its just takes more than 20 seconds to load the website . Mine is a single page website and it was a not advisable to purchase server with them .

Thank you for fixing my billing issue. Although I shouldn't have had to jump through hoops for a resolution. Also please don't use your self-imposed policies as an excuse not to help a customer.

They just fooled me with their server , no proper response for my tickets and their delay affected my website . They never bothered about my loss. So unprofessional team I have ever seen
I can only see their technical teams answers none of the features was working and it was not a pleasant experience with it . Please ask for trail if you plan to go with them , then you can understand their capacity
My forum is not only down since 5 Days, they also deleted all the files from the File Manager, so I don't even have a Backup to move my forum to another Host!
And they don't take responsibility or give any explanation of what hap...続きpened, they just ignore you.
Oh, but the Invoices keep coming to pay for something that don't work.

They are the worst hosting provider I have ever seen..........they said my service would be activated within 24 hours but it's more then 72 hours and it's still pending and I had even mailed them but their is still no response from them. I won't recommend this at all.
I read all these 5 star ratings here and decided to give it a try, but as expected its not worth my time and my money, the server is down at night and I received lots of complains from my customers saying the website cannot be acc...続きessed.

The support in this site is so horrible . Its waste of my time and money to have hosted my website here. i had a malware attack and repeated cleaning too does'nt help. Simply waste and the support would not help me either to restore
