Voila 2 semaine que j'avais un hébergement chez eux. Jusqu'a aujourd'hui tous fonctionnait bien, mais un problème de DNS arriva. Impossible d'accéder à mon site. J'envoie un message au support, aucun réponse de leurs part. Celà fais 48h quand même que j'attends leurs réponse. Aujourd'hui l'erreur n'est plus du DNS, mais ils m'ont carrément bloqué parceque soit disant je n'ai pas validé mon adresse email. Ne pouvant plus me connecter à leurs panel, je décide de changer de mots de passe. Aucun mail, pour l'instant, donc je peux rien faire. Je peux meme plus leurs envoyer un message sur le support.
Sorry for the inconvenience caused by this. Could you please provide your ticket#, so we can investigate further. While checking recent ticket logs, have not found any issue related to DNS or like you said here due to un-verified email.
