Failed Customer service on all levels My Google account was hacked and $200 was charged and taken out of my bank account. One would think a call to their customer service would clear things up, not so. The company doesn't give a phone number unless you have an account ( so if someone else stole your information and did it, you're forced to open another account and with them). Also after telling you how to close the account, they charge you again for activity, even though the account was supposed to be closed.
Their response was basically you are responsible for someone stealing your cared information so we're going to charge you as much as we can until you find the one half a work away that took your card.
The representatives don't communicate with each other like, they give you apathetic, obligatory responses, and when you want to speak to a supervisor, they have to ' find one', really, if your boss has to be found, then he or she is not doing their job.
Talking to a human being is close to impossible, and that's their intention. No one has days to wait for an email response when your rent money is being stolen. Terrible company, terrible service. Do not recommend even if it was the last company left on the planet.
