In my last hosting plan I was not given the amount of time and dedication that my website deserved hence I moved but with HostGator things are different. I just have one doubt but. Why are you guys not available 24/7? Is this a problem for you all? Me and my team call you at IST but still there are problems?
They are fake not able to resolve any technical error. I am calling in their support and they were unable to rectify my issues just wasting customer's time and making them fool. Very Irresponsible staff. The name of representatives are - Deepika U, Ashutosh g, Chinmey P, Malaiyka, Trisha, and one more Mr. X, I had conversation with alll these representatives but they just answered to me give us few hours and we provide you the solution. After few hours when i called them again there new representative talks us and follow the same procedure and wasting customer time. When i contact through chat there one representatives named Deepika U she gave me reply very late and when i said to reply fast she replied that i am handling other customers too so please wait. these rubbish reply from Hostgator's reprensentatives give. Friends don't take services from Hostgator because every time they have session expiry failure and application pooling error and sometimes the site got unavailable and for that too they are saying complain in support. They are frustating customer again and again and Thier Manager also not responding to us when i asked to have conversation with him/her. Shame on u Hostgator
