Our email hosting got cut off after we came back from 2 weeks Chinese New Year holiday. Asking me to send payment details while they are still deactivating our email hosting. They won't call to inform customer before deactivating the services.
Server went up and down up and down for entire few weeks. All they did was send an apology letter. And they ignored my 'little' dedicated server application for months leaving me with a breakind down server, and also going back on agreements made after I had months overdue and made required payments as agreed and they still threatened to terminate the hosting (maybe due to too low cost server).
Advise to stay away, the new management team is not great at all.
called many times for their customer service, and it is always directed to voicemail. service staff are unhelpful, unfriendly and doesn't care about customer's concerns and needs. very disappointing company. my problems are not addressed after many calls.
Unreliable and no technical support during weekends
I hosted my web page with them. In a short span of one month of going live with my site, I have two occurrences of my web forms failing. Reason given for the first occurrence was that the web server has a long queue and is not pushing the mails through.
There is no technical support available during weekends and public holidays.
My opinions: Very attractive low price, but best to avoid if you are serious about your business.
