I'm sure the services are fine but I don't think they are up front about the pricing. I learned after I ordered that the private domain contact is $15 per year for EACH domain and SSL is also $15 per year for EACH domain. For two domains that is $96 per year including registration. Compare that to Dreamhost which offers LetsEncrypt SSL and private domain contact at no additional charge.

EDITED: I corrected the error in the above review and apologized. I have to remove a star now that the company is threatening me with a defamation lawsuit and has suspended my account. I assume I am not getting my money back. It's too bad I can't post screenshots of his communications to me, they say more than I ever could.

FURTHER: Now they have rejected my domain transfer request so I can just let them have my money and go away, I have to wait 60 days now before I can make an ICANN complaint. My account is still suspended so no service and I am not even free to leave them my money and walk away.

FURTHER: I did receive a refund, but they still have my domain, hopefully they will not reject the net transfer request. Unofrtunately I cannot change the stars on this review, I think this is a two-star review.

LogicWeb provides Internet Services and excellent customer and tech support. They respond quickly to any support requests. We lease 2 VPS servers and have had a good experience with them. You won't be disappointed.

good product, fast support

I've been a Logicweb customer for nearly a decade now and can honestly say they are one of the best out there. After using other services before them and being dissatisfied, LW is a God send. Their services are competitive, but what really puts them above and beyond the competition is their customer service. They're responsive, attentive, and always make things right, no matter what time of day it is or the time zone I'm in. In my opinion, they're the best out there, by far.

My company, Rural Texas Broadband, leases IP addresses from LogicWeb. Setup was quick and the support has been timely.

Been with Logicweb for a few years using shared hosting and eventually a vps hosting plan. The support is superb from my experience. They respond very quickly almost all the time less than 15 minutes. VPS setup was pretty seamless and has lots of features and o/s options. SSD speed is much faster than other providers like Arvixe or Godaddy. I recommend them.
