Maddeningly gawdawful I've been a customer of MacHighway for over 12 years. They used to be different. They were Mac based. They actually listened to their customers, and were readily available when issues arose.
Hackers have been breaking into one of my sites every few weeks for over a year. They change my passwords, send out spam emails, and install bots to further their dirty work. Every time it's happened, it's taken days to get their customer service department to even acknowledge me. Their "chat" support has never worked, so it's just email which sits in somebody's inbox somewhere in India for days sometimes before there is any response. They treat me like an idiot, and do the absolute least amount of work necessary. Typically, they make up in their minds what they suppose the problem is without reading my entire email. So they'll send pointless or irrelevant responses that, again, take days to set right. What's worse, no one at MacHighway seems to care one way or the other, and don't seem to want to prevent it from happening again.
So, the final straw was TWO break-ins in the past THREE days. I'm moving to another service provider. Good riddance.
