At that time I was offered to fix my yearly renewal amount by $83.40 per year for the whole package including the domain name.
Next year 2020 I renewed my whole package by paying $83.40, Invoice 1034105 sent on 07/07/2020.
Few days ago I transferred my domain to somewhere else and the domain is not active now in MochaHost.
Yesterday I tried to renew my hosting subscription and found that you are asking to pay $88.20.
Now my questions:
1.Why the renewal fees increased when it was fixed at the time of purchasing?
2.Why do I pay more for the 3rd year renewal even when the domain is not active?
3.Why do you show different price and promise a fixed renewal amount from next year renewal at the time of purchase and suddenly you increase the amount after 2 years, and your unprofessional customer service representatives say that they can do nothing at all?
4.Why the inactive domain (already transferred month ago) still attached in my account?
5.Why your customer representative says that he cannot remove the inactive domain when I requested yesterday and supposed to handle this request after 4 hours when someone else would join duty as per him but still not deleted?
6.Would you like to check all my info and correct my renewal fees and remove the inactive domain name from my account so that I can think to continue?
7.Would you like to let me know why I have to face this kind of harassment and waste time this way?
8. Why yours customer representatives are so unprofessional?
