The easy truth is, all the other hosting providers you see in this very site do not own any of their hardware (mostly), they depend on providers like OVH to do this. Why am I saying this? Because I don't get why OVH is rated this low. It's not a bad hosting company at all, no, rather they are the gods of all other hosting companies if you think about it (not all, but a DECENT bunch) So please don't get deceived by these reviews from unprofessional people. OVH has a large variety of products and their specialization is with dedicated servers, but I was using their shared hosting and despite the low focus, it still works better and is way budget friendly compared to many providers. If you are someone that actually can use their brain and doesn't need support for every little issue... this company is perfect.

When you don't notice the problems they have then your demands are just way to low to experience this.
Can you tell me if it's normal and professional that every day my server gets disconnected from the network, resulting in package loss which results in my clients getting disconnected. OVH now just turned of the monitoring to ignore the issues.
So when you label this at 'the only true hosting provider' i'm worried about your professionalism.
OVH jak dotąd jest najgorszą stroną jaką miałem przyjemność używać. Jak zwykle coś u nich nie działało, praca samej strony jest bardzo ciężka i mozolna. Moi klienci zawsze narzekali, że coś w ich hostingu jest nie tak. Sama instalacja, nawet modułu 1 click była zawsze do zepsucia. Support uporczywy, zero pomocy, ewentualnie odsyłanie do francusko języcznej strony. Bo wszyscy mówią po francusku, nie? Nigdy więcej ovh.

They are so disconnected from clients right now, it is unusable
No one wanted to solve server technical issue on OVH end, because client didnt have premium support. Client left. I cannot order two servers, contract worth 30k$ a year, as no one will talk to me.
I am worried that this company lost it. They have really good services if you know how to use them, but they are so disconeccted from clients that its a bit funny now.

Obsługa klienta przekierowuje z jednego działu do drugiego i tak w kółko, nikt nie chce pomóc. Karzą dzwonić ale telefonu nikt nie odbiera, na czacie nikogo nie ma. Porażka, odradzam!!!

Od 16 lat działam w IT. W panelu OVH nie można poprawnie wydelegować domeny. Komunikaty "Trwa usuwanie" a następnie "W realizacji" są fałszywe. Stare IP nie jest automatycznie usuwane. Rekordy dublują się. Trzeba nanosić ~3 razy zmiany, aby ostatecznie wprowadzić właściwe dane. To jest okropne. Ogólnie cały panel OVH jest tak mało intuicyjny.

Support jest straszny. Czas oczekiwania to zawet 15 godzin na odpowiedź. Zawiesili mi vps'a przez skrypt gdzie konkurencja do tego nie ma problemu. Nie polecam.

Bardzo wolny hosting, a usluga mailowa niestety bardzo zawodna (maile czesto nie wychodzą)
Mam hosting od wielu lat na OVH i musiałem się w końcu podzielić opinia o słabej jakości hostingu. Panel administracyjny jest jednym wielkim bałaganem, który odsyła co chwila do francuskich stron pomocy (które dodatkowo nie były aktualizowane od 10 lat więc nawet tłumacz nie pomoże). prosta strona postawiona na ich serwerze otwiera się ok 10 sekund na każdej platformie! Żenujące. ostatnio tez przestały wychodzić emaile. Zorientowałem się po kilku dniach ale niestety wsparcie zaczęło coś pisać że winne są moje filtry dla poczty przychodzącej :-) których zresztą nie zmieniałem od dwóch lat. Żenujący poziom wsparcia. Ten fakt przelał czarę goryczy i musiałem się podzielić opinią na temat OVH. jedyne co mnie tu zresztą trzymało to w miarę niska cena - ale w stosunku do usług nawet ta cena się nie opłaca. Nie polecam
