The easy truth is, all the other hosting providers you see in this very site do not own any of their hardware (mostly), they depend on providers like OVH to do this. Why am I saying this? Because I don't get why OVH is rated this low. It's not a bad hosting company at all, no, rather they are the gods of all other hosting companies if you think about it (not all, but a DECENT bunch) So please don't get deceived by these reviews from unprofessional people. OVH has a large variety of products and their specialization is with dedicated servers, but I was using their shared hosting and despite the low focus, it still works better and is way budget friendly compared to many providers. If you are someone that actually can use their brain and doesn't need support for every little issue... this company is perfect.

When you don't notice the problems they have then your demands are just way to low to experience this.
Can you tell me if it's normal and professional that every day my server gets disconnected from the network, resulting in package loss which results in my clients getting disconnected. OVH now just turned of the monitoring to ignore the issues.
So when you label this at 'the only true hosting provider' i'm worried about your professionalism.
Так получилось что оплатить надо было 1 января. Отсутствовал в стране. 4-го числа хотел оплатить,а все. Сервер удален, сайт на нем тоже. Техподдержка не отвечает 23 дня. Контора - галимая помойка
Удалили один из серверов абсолютно легального проекта. За 4 года не было ни одной жалобы. Сервер просто удалили (при том, что он оплачен еще на месяц), никаких объяснений, ни жалоб - не присылали (возможно его просто взломали, или ддос на него - этого уже не узнаем). Техподдержка нехотя ответила спустя сутки - обращайтесь в abuse, никаких подробностей они не знают. Abuse - не отвечают уже 3й день, и не уверен - что ответят. В общем, если у Вас серьезный проект, обходите этот ДЦ стороной!
На OVH c 2016 ( VPS 2016 Cloud RAM 1 ) Порой забываю оплатить, с просрочкой в 7-10 дней, ни разу не удалили ничего, даже не отключали vps, сайты всегда онлайн.
Нулевая поддержка, тикеты висят по 2-3 недели. Цену подняли на 30-40% и стали брать плату за установку от 20 евро на soyoustart.com Половина ssd проела свой ресурс год назад. Вечные отключения, нулевая защита от DDos. Если бы было можно поставить -45 звезд то поставил бы.
