Below the bottom
I've been hosting my sites with them for few yeras in order to support local (Mexican) hosting and I regret this decision. Too many problems all the time, worst customer service, their prices going up all the time. I moved my sites to another hosting provider and my domains to another registrar and things started to go smoothly. Stay away from Raxa!
