I am call their support team Delhi and Kolkata and their Technical and data Center head but they do not know how much time it will take to up. Dedicated Server Down since last 1 week and not able to fix
Since last one week ricoh data center is not able to fix the issue their links are getting down again and again and this is the case with dedicated server. Whenever we call on their Kolkata support number they are coordinating with data or airtel. Just because this pathetic service we are loosing our business.
I tried lots of service provider from India and found Ricoh is the best service provider in the hosting industry. After sales service are great. There are only one problem is that their own data centers only in India. But in India i really recommended Ricoh's hosting services.
