As of Wed 11/24/2021, I have been using ServerMania for 2 months. Everything has been stellar from options to provisioning, pricing, server performance, bandwidth, transfer, support. If I have an issue or question, I call and they actually pick up! I am migrating one project from AWS at $20k/mo to ServerMania, and expect to pay less than $2k/mo for a lot more computing power. I signed up for web hosting for my first business and unintentionally i used my new business email for sign up and because it is not active yet was unable to use access emails to verify account or use the web hosting service i paid for. I emailed asking if i could change my email to my active personal one, and was told very bluntly that it was not an option and i would have to sign up again. I let it go and replied asking them to refund me so i could sign up again (also mentioned that my father had just passed away and i had to fly out of the country so needed this sorted prior) and i have not had a reply. I would like to give 0/10 stars but unfortunately you have to rate something, the fact i have given them 3 stars for pricing also increases the overall score.

Stay away from them, I bought a hybrid server that never been activated (they refused my order and show me some plans that do not exist on their website), very bad support (they take 2 - 3 days to replay on my emails), I asked for a refund but still waiting, as I said before stay away!

I brought a VPS from Servermania about 2 years back and the only thing I want to say is Stay Away if you are looking forward to buy a VPS to deploy your business website. I won't continue their service hereafter either.
I was blindfolded with 100GB storage space and other features such as 100% up-time promise.
They only tell you 100% up-time. They DO NOT mind what is the up-time of their servers. Also, they DO NOT SEEM to have a monitoring system to detect when a VPS goes down. Only when I see my website down and tell them they check what has happened.
Although they promise big storage space, my server was down many times due to the fact that the hard drive was full although my account has not utilized even half of the storage space I was given. It seems they share the same storage space with many VPS clients.
If you are new to website hosting, there is one wisdom I can share. "One server outage can destroy your business" and it happened to one of my businesses. The page visits slashed down to 20% after ServerMania managed to down my server for a day. Even now that I'm typing this review the server is down.
Do NOT please with their buttery talks. Stay AWAY!
P.S. If only you are looking for a VPS to test things out and server outages do not matter, you can consider this provider.

If you Value your business or website, stay away from ServerMania Don't be carried away by their low prices. They can destroy your business at any time, and it means nothing to them. Forget about the sweet talk on chat.
Server Mania is crazy bad. First, they sent out an email saying they were planning on taking down servers on a Wednesday in the middle of the day (Chicago time). Who does that? That's prime time. Take down servers at Saturday at 2AM if you need to do something. Then, they said it cancelled 20 minutes before they were supposed to go down and that they'd redo it.
Then, they charge hidden fees up the wazoo. Avoid at all costs. Your business depends on it.

You get good price but as always you get what you pay for, 0 support, lots of hidden fees (even if you write them a ticket they create and invoice of 5$ per ticket). Stay Away.
I'm sorry to hear about your bad experience. We've since really changed how things are handled in this manner. The support ticket and $5 is something we can waive in most cases. Its really created as a deterrent to abusers and allows us to take action to stop them. Unfortunately due the nature of internet hosting and the high volume of false-positive complaints, you may be getting abuse messages for the last customer who was using your IP. If you forget to change your zip code on the auto-pay system (when you're moving and trying to remember every service that you have) they'll completely wipe your server immediately. They don't call or attempt to warn you, it's their policy to rotate their servers the instant something happens. I was a strong advocate of them for years, but this most recent situation has turned me into a very unhappy customer.
