serverhino’s representative was the first who answered my pre-sales question regarding their dedicated server. i contacted simultaneously a few providers and from them i got first reply.
i had been looking for a server solution in germany. rep gave me full information, test links. for the first time i didn’t consider them as main candidate. but after some test and comparison i had a conclusion: serverhino seemed to be the best by price and comparable for other tech parameters. i signed up for 3 months as it gave me 5% off the bill.
server delivery was within a few hours. i ordered r-hexa pre-configured server, so i assume that was main reason for such fast delivery. i contacted support guys twice or so and got help. i assume support is their key feature.
uptime. no maintenance was scheduled for their datacenter and network provider and as result uptime is 100% after 2 months.
fast links. it seems they are using fast link connection, so i can cover my target location with the best possible speed.
judging by first impressions i made a good choice and i can consider myself as fully satisfied in the ways i needed. i would rather recommend them if you ask me.
