You are a very dishonest person.

And you can terminate the hosting account just after reading the correct review, You guys have no business ethics.
You don't inform about server updates, don't do the backups properly and when the customer asks you about those things, you terminate the account.

Rahul or whatever your real name is as we have a couple different names on you, which leads us to believe you are a fake and a plant from some other company or hosting company that has been lying in wait for a good time to pounce with your no facts innuendo fabricated accusations while putting your own spin or twist on those facts.

You don’t know what goes on behind the scenes within Tech Logic and no we don’t have to advise of every single little update or security patch that is performed on our servers.

Accounts do not get terminated for simply asking questions, another false accusation as we get clients that ask questions all the time to which we are happy to answer and help. Your account in particular was terminated because you are fabricating, twisting the facts and are a possible plant for which therefore we have every right to protect our servers and our existing clients from any possible damage being done to them by someone such as yourself. Tech Logic is sure that current and new customers can appreciate the fact that we protect them and our servers when it is necessary.

However, in defense of Tech Logic Solutions we beg to differ as our services are reliable and very professional. If our service was not so good then why were you a customer for approximately 2 years…

Over the approximate 2 year period you only experienced 1 real issue that was out of the norm and out of the very few, which is pretty good if you ask us. Tech Logic’s server and your websites have experienced and Tech Logic has met our 99.9% uptime guarantee.

We would also like to state, according to correspondence, that in all actuality it has been you whom has unnecessarily threatened on 2 occasions to take your business elsewhere, where Tech Logic simply responded that that decision is up to you and that you are entitled to do so if you wish. Actually on one of those occasions that you threatened Tech Logic it was proven that the issue was in fact related to a WordPress plugin you installed that was out of date creating a conflict as to why your website in question would not load and had nothing to do with the Tech Logic servers. In no way are we blaming you but did you apologize, no, did you retract your threat, no.

Tech Logic can assure you, all its current and future customers that we do everything we can to make everything run as smooth as possible however nothing in life as we all know is ever 100% fool proof. We are always here to be as helpful and as professional as we can in order to provide the best quality services to our understandable customers and to respond to support tickets in a timely manner.
