They had never given us such a service. We have been with theplanethosting for more than 10 years with 2 dedicated servers and despite the fact that they were doing relatively well, the customer service was very limited and they did not provide any type of additional service.

Currently with TMD we do not have telephone support, but it is not necessary, since the tickets are answered in record time and they are immediately solving any matter, however complex it may be. They have updated several stores for us, they correct errors on our websites, they do site migrations, and many more things, and most importantly: everything included in the hosting plan! It is true that sometimes your technicians have come across a request that they could not resolve or that went beyond support services, but it was not due to a lack of will, but it is true that these requests are already complex issues that we must commission a private developer.
