As reviewed with you in your ticket, you were offered the opportunity to change virtualization technologies to one which permits you to choose your own kernel versions, with a credit being issued for the current service, however, the offer was ultimately not accepted by yourself.
VPSCheap prides itself in full transparency and our refund policies are clearly outlined in our Terms of Service (ToS), which each customer acknowledges having reviewed before completing their purchase. Due to discounts provided on certain types of transaction, they are not included in the guarantee.
