Web4Africa is the worst company I have even encountered. When I confronted them about charging my credit card in exchange for nothing, they waited several weeks, and eventually... accused me of racism for being upset about a $100 bill in exchange for absolutely nothing.
If you must write publicly, the least you can do is be TRUTHFUL. Your Web4Africa account was closed and your payment refunded because you chose to insult an entire country and the domain registry based on a hasty and wrong conclusion. Yes, you are extremely racist. Condemning an entire country and a respectable domain registry makes you so.
You made payment, and our system automatically processed the registration. You confirmed this. The WHOIS records of the domains all show your details. It is up to the registry to approve or decline. This was clearly explained to you. A decision may be delayed due to the holiday season.
You did not ask for a refund. Your first mention of the word "refund" came with racist rants.

I have paid for 3 domains and nothing has been done about their renewal to date. Please attend deligently to your customers. Whatever the issue is please let the clients know. This is over two weeks now that you have my money and have done nothing about my pending domains. Worst part is that no one replies my tickets now. Its not good like this.
This is the worst domain registration and hosting platform I have ever used in the last 10years> - I renewed an expired domain, paid for 2 years after 2 weeks it wasn't renewed. I paid another 1 year thinking cos the invoice was generate on another email was the reason for the delay making 3 years. Til this moment, no response! When I raise a ticket. they automatically make it close! - Please be ware of this company! They are fraudsters!!!!
I will never advice anyone to use Web4Africa. Their server is always having issue. My website is always down two or three times in a week. It's the worst hosting company.
Extremely unresponsive customer care who close for the weekend. Live chat frequently unavailable. I am presently unable to access my email or log into the control panel. Always one issue after another. If you care about your business and are looking for a plug and play host that will give you a good nights sleep then stay away from Web4Africa.
I've been with this guys for sometime now and its one trouble or the other. Please your new UI/UX is TERRIBLEEEEEEE!!!!. I've been doing domain transfer with other registrar and its has never been more than 48hrs for the transfer process to be completed. But it's been 4days, 4 good DAYS!!! still battling to complete domain transfer to this people. I wrote them since 3Days ago, till the moment of this writing no reply, total silence. Now the transfer process is stuck.
I wish i can reverse the process all together and get back my money..
These registrars are an incompetent lot. After several years of patronising their service they still have one of the worst customer care processes. Unnecessary prompt for domain/hosting expiration. Irregular UI/UX changes that is somewhat problematic to her users. Poor service delivery for the most of it.
True. Reckon that I had started this discussion with your support reps days before the domain was allegedly expired. It took several days to respond after I had submitted all that your team requested. I plan a migration to another and better hosting/domain providers. 7 years with you improvements have been at snail speed.
