WooServers have a lot of different features available to choose from.  Most of them are the typical options that you’ll see from any company offering similar types of hosting.  One interesting option is that they offer OS X servers.  These are servers from Apple, which are required for app developers and some others who are targeting the MAC market.

Another option that you should keep in mind is their ‘ultra-managed’ service, which means the tech support can do things like install software and perform other activities.  This is a great option for anyone who doesn’t like to do any of their own management.  Of course, it does cost a bit more, but for many people it is well worth it.

The support provided by this company is quite good, except for the fact that you don’t have any option for a live assist.  You can’t call, and they don’t offer live chat, which essentially puts you at the mercy of their ticketing system.  Many people won’t like this, but it is likely how they are able to keep their prices so low.

Price is always important when working with this company, and they do a good job at keeping their prices quite low.  Compared to many companies that offer similar services, you’ll save a fair amount each month.  Even when you look at some of the premium services, like the ultra-managed support, it is less expensive than many of the other companies.
