They were able to quickly provision my system from their easy to use portal, and support was very responsive when I had questions about hardware provisioning as well as for other networking related issues. I am also very happy that they provide native IPv6 to my systems which is another primary requirement for my systems. The network performance has been fantastic, and the fact that they have a presence at 1 Wilshire in LA is also another huge bonus for me.

As for generating a trouble ticket, I generated a trouble ticket on Dec. 30, 2022 at 8:30am Central Time. They did not respond until January 3, 2023 at 9:05am stating there was no problem. Well. NO SH*T, Sherlock. The server reappeared sometime after 21:00 on Saturday, December 31, 2022. Even though the server shared057.arvixe.com died sometime on December 29. There are no reports that anything was wrong with the server. Plus, Arvixe raises their rates every year once you are stupid enough to purchase a service. Things were good in 2015, yet the service and support has rapidly declined since 2019. At one time, I hosted 10 domains on Arvixe. Because of poor service I moved them to another hosting service. Will move the last three this month.

lity is now longer good. I moved from SoftLayer to Hivelocity many years ago. I was used to a first class service at SoftLayer and at that time Hivelocity didn't disappoint me. They price was just right and my account manager was always in touch with me. They even had a lifetime affiliate program which made bring some customers along with me. Now their support simply doesn't care anymore. The "lifetime" affiliate program has come to an end and they refuse to pay me the money I am entitled to receive. If you are considering Hivelocity, please look somewhere else. They are not who they used to be anymore...
