They use cpanel which I love and my subscription allows unlimited subdomains. I just think they are excellent. It got so bad it would take 30 seconds for a WordPress page to load on the backend (minimal plugins & no customizations). When I complained they just provided lame excuses no solutions. In desperation I hired a professional tech to speed up my site, he said the problem is with the hosting provider, he couldn't do much. He suggested A2 Hosting and the move alone solved ALL my issues!
