The support team's enthusiasm didn't bog me down whenever I needed help, they were there and I cannot tell you how happy and relieved I felt with their attitude towards serving customers. This is truly the worst company to deal with.
Issue: I downgraded a Google workspace account on the 6th July.
The renewal has come back to renew 2 email addresses and the clients emails are suspended.
It's been 2 days now a... 続き nd the emails are still suspended and their incompetence is unreal.
They will let you lose money to renew services like g suite but not help the client when it's their fault.
There is no competent back end team. Their tech teams doesn't care about what their first line says and after 2 escalations there is no response.
I bet their job description says, are you an incompetent developer or manager, then apply we will be happy to hire you.
Save your money and time readers of this review site. Any good review here I am certain is 99% paid for.
It takes a lot for me to get angry with an organisation, and woth these guys have you to shout and fight to get support, it does not come as standard.
Again if you have gotten to the end of this review, stay away from reseller club, they are truly the worst organisation to resell services from. 縮小
