...n nearly a week and we have still not restored the email on our various devices. We were without email at all for more than a day and lost a whole day of income.
What makes things so difficult is that you cannot talk to the tech-support people. You have to speak to the customer service people who liaise with tech support. They will not let you speak directly to the tech-support person so you go round and round in circles because the Customer Service person doesn’t understand your problem.
I do not recommend this company for this reason. To make matters worse, they refer you to the help videos on their website. But when you try to play them, you get a message that says that the plug-in is not supported. To this, they have simply not responded.
I have been going round and round in circles for five days, and it has been one of the most unpleasant experiences I have ever had with Customer Service.
