ovider since 2014, in 2017 i decide to look for offshore i saw many suggestion from blackhatworld forums. until i saw many person there suggest offshore server (offshore-servers.com). so contact them to take care of everything transfert website managing my website since i don't have good knowledge regarding this things. this is almost 7 years using their dedicated server, never had problem every website is fine, and everytime igot problem in my website even if it's not related to mangeement server. they take care of it if they know how. really i can suggest this hosting for anyone who loook for offshore hosting.
i have worked with them but they suspended our all streaming servers due to abuse and network is worst like a mad...not a good support.really feedup w...

Total fail. I paid 2000$ for a MANAGED vps that was not managed for 4 days. The site was down, they couldnt set up 3 different php versions correctly ...
