r. I bought the Pro plan for three years. It has been 4 months, and I believe that it has been one of the best decisions in my SEO life to find this company. They solve the problems in five or seven minutes. Each of my problems is clearly understood, and their help desk is online almost 24 hours a day. What else can I want? I am hosting two websites at Chemicloud, and I want to add one more in the future.

They sell fake fake product packages at price X, then a couple of weeks later extort you to pay 50% extra or have your data stolen and service shut down or being downgraded to something you didn't order.
They claim 99.9% uptime which is a joke as their hosting constantly goes offline. They advertise providing a fixed IP for servers, except for they will frequently change your IP when they feel like it so you constantly have to manually update your DNS records or have your servers be unreachable.
They also randomly change settings of PHP.ini to make your scripts unfunctional.
Stay away from this hosting! If you need to pay in crypto, go for some of the more reputable names.

now I m not going to continue first they asked to pay for the grace period and then suspended the account 10 hours before ending the grace period and insisted to buy for one more month to recover the data if required.
I have used many hosting services including aws, godaddy, BlueHost, hostgator, Contabo, OVS, etc for different clients in my entire professional career but chemcloud is very opportunist.
also, their technical staff is so much incompetent that often they refuse to install some packages or install them in a way that is not useful and generates issues.
Personally, I would not recommend it to any of my clients.
