Support has been great when I needed it, there was one time that the support agent couldn't resolve my issue and had to escalate it to someone over email. This issue was resolved a couple of hours later. Overall, the experience has been great, and the pricing beats what I was paying over at Flywheel for a similar agency hosting plan. executive. I disabled every other PoP and enabled the Delhi PoP to see latency as I wanted to serve traffic to Delhi customers. But I saw that every time I got the IP of some EU or US region and latency as high as 300-350ms!!
I checked further and they informed me their New Delhi PoP was down. And after almost 4 hours they got it up.
It did not end there. I again checked ping/latency and on checking IP information, I found that they did not have a PoP in Delhi!! It was some small data center in a tier-2 city Indore.
Really shady service. 4 hours downtime and a bunch of lies made me switch back to AWS Cloudfront only. Better to pay a little more but atleast their SLA's are fantastic!
