CheapVPS, there are several other companies such as DedicatedCore and DomainRacer that provide excellent VPS hosting plans with Multiple OS options, including CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian, and Windows, Full root access to the server, and other such features. I am personally a user of DedicatedCore too for my trading business and it is awesome.
