Terrible Customer Service
We used this service for multiple years with no problems until recently. We have been overcharged for usage when our line no longer worked...so there ...
was no actual usage. It took over a month for them to cancel my account. The representative that I had been in contact with was rude and the emails were unhelpful. I would recommend a different service for any business!
