東京リージョンを借りていましたが、外部からのスパムメール送信アタックを受けました。当然こちらも防御していたので、一度もログイン成功させず、一通もSPAMは遅らせなかったのですが、Vultrスタッフから「SPAM送信の可能性あり」の警告が来ました。とはいえWEB上での警告だけで、メールでの連絡はありま...

せんでした。 2日後になって突然「24時間以内に対処しないとサーバを止める」とメールが来ました。ここで気づいて、すぐに調査の上、「一度もログイン成功させず、一通もSPAMは遅らせなかった。攻撃してきたIPアドレスはABUSEリストに乗っているのでそっちの上流でブロックできるならしてくれ」と返事をしたのですが、「当社はセルフサポートですのでリクエストは受け付けません」というトンチンカンな回答。再度、Postfixのログ添付の上「grepしてみてくれ。それからここしばらくでデータ送信量が多かった日はWordpressのバックアップがあった日だけだ。iptablesでhashlimitも設定したし、25番ポートを開けてくれ」と返信しましたが、4日経った今でもまだ何の返事もありません。絶対にVultr.comは使ってはいけません。
