This is not mentioned anywhere in the order form or on the service landing pages.
...Apparently, these guys see themselves as a "bank" or "stock exchange" with KYC procedures.
In other words, after you make a payment, they will request identity verification — not in a dispute, not to recover access, but by default.
I have no intention of sharing my personal documents with every random company out there.
There are already too many data breaches in the world.
I've requested a refund. Will update my review or write a new one accordingly.
