Worst hosting service provider I experienced since I started business in the 90s.
Server outages in Singapore gave me no access to any emails or FTP
..., all websites down for 8 days, in February/March 2026, no compensation or credit from Ultahost. Now, since two days no access to Cpanel or any of my email accounts, cannot access the links for Teams and Zoom meetings with business partners and advisors. Only excuses from Ultahost but no solution or appology. This is how an American company in the "top 10" of hosting companies is treating his customers! Worst service ever and move back all me domains and accounts to European / German and Singapore providers, though might slightly more expensive, but WAY MORE reliable!!!
