My VPS at iphoster.net stopped responding completely. I opened a support ticket expecting troubleshooting.
Instead, the server was recreated without
...my consent, and all data was lost.
Support explanations changed multiple times (interface issue → server recreated → payment problem). No clear root cause was provided.
No backups or snapshots were available, and recovery was impossible. Refund was not granted.
If you need reliable VPS hosting, this is a high-risk provider.
