I'm currently using MilesWeb's SM-L2 VPS hosting plan for one of my clients, and I'm very satisfied with its performance. The server has been running ...
smoothly and delivering reliable performance. So far, my experience with MilesWeb has been great!
It took me a while to decide which domain service to use, but I knew I didn't want to use one of the giant ones. I like giving my business to smaller ...
entities. My decision was based mainly on the advice of a YouTuber I follow who also uses SiteGround, and I have zero regrets. In terms of tech background, I have NONE, and the customer service they provide is quick, friendly and patient.
For the last 1 week have been grappling with the tech support team but did not get any satisfactory response. The chat based support has been very ag...
onising. Support executive were suggesting things to pass on the buck without applying themselves thoroughly. Even I contacted on the phone, a sales guy named Jay was advising on tech support without getting the right person on the call. He was unprofessional without any sensitivity to my concern untill today in the early evening Shahid Shaikh changed the whole course of things to happend. I can not thank him enough for what he has done today in the last few hours. Appreciated his patience. Was on the dot on what needs to be done with clinical precision. You are truly a valuable asset for Milesweb. Finally My one week’s struggle comes to an end. Wishing him the very Best. Keep this attitude and it will take him places.
My piece of advise to the MIlesweb management, donot ruin the relationship with the customer by cutting costs and making their lifes difficult by subcribing to the chat support. Please keep an avenue open that the customers could talk to express their concerns.
SiteGround restricted access to emails and our website with 14h notice, as the plan was insufficient. The upgrade was worth £40. This is highly unprof...
essional, as small businesses rely on using their email constantly and the website needs to be functional. Surely there are many ways of getting £40 out of your clients in a civilised manner, other that sending a random email and then stopping all services within 14h. We will definitely be changing providers and strongly advising our partners against using SiteGround.
